Drip Order Status is a Shopify app by Drip Apps. When a store installs it, we store the store's name, email and settings, and the order details needed to show order statuses and email customers about them: order number, customer name and email, items, totals, fulfilment and tracking details.
We use this data only to run the app: updating order statuses, sending the status emails the store has turned on, and showing customers their order status on the store's tracking page. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Customer data is removed when Shopify sends a customer redaction request, and all store data is deleted 48 hours after the app is uninstalled, when Shopify sends the shop redaction request.
